The site has no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, account system or file-upload endpoint. The brief form prepares text in your browser and does not submit it to a James server. A downloaded brief stays on your device unless you choose to share it.

WhatsApp enquiries

If you choose the WhatsApp option, your typed brief is included in a WhatsApp URL and shared with that service when you open it. You choose whether to send the message. Avoid confidential, financial, health or identity information in the initial brief. WhatsApp applies its own privacy terms.

Hosting and external services

The hosting provider processes network and request information needed to serve the site under its own policies. Static site files are stored in a public GitHub repository. Client briefs and prospect lists are not included in that repository.

Company email

Messages to contact@jamesaisolutions.com and rocky@jamesaisolutions.com are routed through Cloudflare to our approved Gmail inbox. Those providers process the communication under their own policies. Share only information needed for your enquiry.

Project information

Before sharing project files, agree with us on authorized access, any AI providers, retention and deletion. We do not use an initial enquiry as permission to publish your assets or add you to a marketing list.
